There are a number of reasons as to why you are unable to log into i2B, you will have received one of the 3 messages below:-
Password Reset /inactivity locked out / password expired
If the error message below appears, don’t worry — you’ll just need to contact your customer to get your account unlocked. The password reset option on the log in page won’t work in this case.
Your account has been locked due to inactivity. Please contact your purchasing representative to restore access. |
Your Password has expired and must be reset before you can login. Please use the Password reset link below, or contact your Purchasing Representative for help. |
Your account password has expired and needs to be updated (passwords usually expire every 90 days, depending on your customer company settings).
Please ask your customer purchasing representative to access the admin area and send you a password reset email.
The password reset link on the login page won’t work for this type of reset.

First enter your USERNAME into the USERNAME box (normally your email address)
Next lick the “Password Reset” link under the password field
Within 10 minutes you will receive an email with the subject "i2B Connect password reset" (see example below)
Click on the hyperlink in the email
This will then take you to a webpage to allow you to set a new password (see example below):-
The password must :
- contain a number
- contain an uppercase character
- contain a special character (! @ # $ *)
- be at least 8 characters long
When you have entered the same password twice click UPDATE.
You will then be returned to the log in screen where you can now log in with your new password along with your username and ID (which you will find on your password reset email) and log into i2B.
