Resetting my password

 

If you have forgotten your password you can use the “Password Reset” link on the login page , to help you reset your password, all you need to do is enter your username and click the words "Password Reset" under the password field.

NOTE  If you do not know your username then  please contact your purchasing representative at your customer site.  If you do not know who that is then you can raise a ticket through the i2B helpdesk (link at the top right hand corner of this page).

If you see the error message “Your password reminder could not be generated. Please contact your purchasing representative for your login details”, it means the username you entered cannot be found in i2B.

If you know your user ID, please contact your customer representative and ask them to reset your password for you.

Alternatively, you can email supportdesk@i2b-online.com, and the support team will be happy to assist or guide you to the right person who will be able to help.

 

 

 

Within 10 minutes you will receive an email with the subject "i2B Connect password reset"  (see example below)

Click on the hyperlink in the email 

This will then take you to a webpage to allow you to set a new password (see example below):-

The password must :

  • contain a number
  • contain an uppercase character
  • contain a special character (! @ # $ *)
  • be at least 8 characters long

When you have entered the same password twice click UPDATE.

 

You will then be returned to the log in screen where you can now log in with your new password.
