When a Sourcing Request is in a DRAFT or NEW status then a BIN icon will be visible to the requester dashboard (see below for an example).
When you click on the bin a pop up messages appears at the top of the screen (see below)
This will then update the status of the sourcing request from NEW or DRAFT to CANCELLED
