FAO flag

A new header field is available to update when a requisitions has been raised and at status NEW or AWAITING CONVERSION.

The new field FAO is available to sort, search on from the main requisition document list (see below)

The field is available for editing by the approver (or buyer when the requisition is at status awaiting conversion) of the requisition, to edit the field the user needs to click EDIT  

This will then make the field available for EDIT (see below)

Once you have update the field click on   

This will then update the field and show in the AUDIT and document overview screen.
